These terms apply to every order placed on ashed.in.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a piece is out of stock or the address cannot be served.
Prices. All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
Products. Photographs are representative. Many pieces are finished by hand, so colour, glaze and lettering vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos; this is part of the product, not a defect.
Returns and refunds. See our Refund policy.
Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
